Natalia Hailes and Ashley Spivak are birth doulas and reproductive health advocates. They are co-creators of Brilliant Bodies which partners with like-minded businesses to facilitate creative solutions to address the most pressing issues in the reproductive health space. They are contributors to WellRounded NY and MindBodyGreen and facilitate workshops all over the city including the renowned YinOva Center and Prenatal Yoga Center.
Lauren Bille is an activist, community-builder, producer and entrepreneur. She's spent the last 15 years working on social justice causes like race, gender and class politics, education policy, immigration resources, sustainable food, climate change and its effects on third world countries and democratizing mindfulness. She's founding partner at Medi Club and The Big Quiet - a massive community of New Yorkers who come together to share meditation, culture and discussion.
BOBB Films' Ricki Lake and Abby Epstein produced the award-winning documentary, The Business of Being Born, which was broadcast on Showtime in 2007. It continues to be the number one most watch documentary on birth of all time and has had real impact on birthing practices on a global level. Alessandra Biaggi most recently served as the Deputy National Operations Director with Hillary for America. Alessandra is a graduate of New York University and Fordham Law School, where she was as a member of the Fordham Law Review. She is a past fellow and sits on the Advisory Board of the New Leaders Council, is a member of The New Agenda's Young Women Leadership Council and serves on the host committee for the Arena Summit.
Emily Ackerman is a writer/filmmaker with an MFA in screenwriting from the American Film Institute. While pursuing a film career in Los Angeles, Emily unearthed a passion for holistic wellness through her discovery of Ayurveda, sister science of yoga and one of the oldest existing systems of health. It has since become her goal to employ the power of the visual arts and social media and technology, to spread the ancient wisdom and breakthroughs in modern science.

Since receiving her BA from Washington University in St. Louis in Women & Gender Studies, she has worked with various organizations including the International Rescue Committee, Gbowee Peace Foundation, and Joint Distribution Committee.
Julia is a menstrual cycle health advocate with a data and stats background in the healthcare industry. She discovered her passion for menstrual health advocacy after learning about hormones and starting to track her cycle. Her goal is to get involved with companies and organizations who want to empower women with the tools to understand their own bodies."
